Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before course start: Full refund minus $50 administration fee
• 3-7 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before course start: No refund
• After course has started: No refund, but may transfer to another session subject to availability

Special Circumstances

If you cannot attend due to medical reasons or family emergency, please contact us with supporting documentation. We will assess each case individually and may offer:

• Transfer to a future course session
• Partial credit toward another course
• Partial refund (determined case-by-case)

Physical Books

• Books can be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Books must be in original, unused condition with no writing, highlighting, or damage
• Original packaging and all included materials must be returned
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

Digital Books

Due to the nature of digital products, digital books are non-refundable once downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your digital book:

• Contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase
• We will work to resolve any technical issues
• If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund at our discretion

Defective or Damaged Books

If your physical book arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
• We will provide a prepaid return label
• Choose between a replacement book or full refund

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our digital courses if:

• You have completed less than 25% of the course content
• You request the refund within 30 days of purchase
• You provide feedback about why the course didn't meet your expectations

After 30 Days or 25% Completion

Once you've completed more than 25% of the course or 30 days have passed, the purchase is final. We encourage you to:

• Read course descriptions and learning outcomes carefully

• You received the wrong item
• You want to exchange a book for a different year level or subject
• You want to switch to a different course session (subject to availability)

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
